At present, our only rental property is our double at 71 and 73 W. Northwood Ave.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Rental Procedure:<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Our rental procedure is simple…
1 – Fill out the rental application. (Click\u00a0here<\/a>\u00a0for PDF file)
2 – If approved by us, pay one month\u2019s rent for a security deposit.
3 – At move-in day, pay first month\u2019s rent, get keys.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Requirements for renting:<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

We welcome students who are responsible and mature and who will treat our units like they owned them. Students without credit or rental history may require co-signers (typically parents). We perform background checks but we have not adopted the common practice of charging an application fee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pets:<\/strong>
We are sorry, but in order to keep our properties nice, absolutely NO PETS are allowed (fish are OK).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
